SRVO-046 & SRVO-050 alarms

Greetings,

I am currently teaching some PRs to my Fanuc Robot SR-6iA and while lowering the rod to pick/place a part, I get the SRVO-050 Collision detect alarm (G1:A3). As I reset the robot to clear the fault and continue, I also get the SRVO-046 OVC alarm. Master calibration was successful, other axis are working just fine, it's just the negative Z axis that moves the rod up-down that one causing the fault when I bring it down and gets close to destination spot. It does not happen every single time, but at random times. I will appreciate your tips based on your expertise to troubleshoot this issue. Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

    Those errors occur when you are in manual or automatic ?

    It's possible to have your payload parameters ?
