Answered The robot position is out of stop tolerance

Hello, 

I am not sure , But this can be the reason as your robot gets older and require calibration. Consider when your robot is moving and you suddenly hit a E-stop button or you just opened the door. It will make the breaks to engage and over period of time robot may float to the outside the tolerance of the specific position. Due to this controller would see the movement but not the robot. That can be the reason. 

Check Resume Tolerance 

I disable that function. It worked out for me.!
