You can find several Fanuc robot models on this sites:

Hope you find the cad file of your robot. I have searched a lot on Fanuc official website for cad models but I couldn't find any .

If you are using roboguide software , you can find all models of the robot from fanuc. 

Take a look..!! 

Even you can export as Iges file and open the file in the other 3D software as well.
