Answered Which variable is controlling speed of FANUC holding SHIFT

Hi, i am in search of answer to question that on most of FANUCs it happens that holding SHIFT button is changing the speed to about 25 to 50 percent increment and constant increment of 5 percent if keep on holding SHIFT.

Can anyone tell me which of the system variable is controlling the speed and how it is controlled? Regards
