Hello Ezequielo , 

It just means to follow the correct steps and procedure during the installation. 

Below are few major steps you can follow or if you have any doubt during the installation you can always contact Fanuc for further support. I m sure they will be happy to help you out. 

1. All fanuc robot comes on pallet with provision to transport the robotic cell into the desired location at your premise. You can use fork lift for moving the pallet box.

2. Once it is moved to the desired area, you can start unboxing procedure. Remove any objects which are connected to the pallet tray. i.e. plastic clips. 

3. Start remove the packaging. 

4. Cut away all the straps and remove all the plastic covers. 

5. Be very careful when removing the packaging from the robot. As you may damage the cell. 

6. You may have four-five portion. 

- Robot Unit ( Mechanical Unit )

- Teach Pendant and Accessories box 

- An additional hardware box depending upon your configuration. 

- Software data configuration sheet and Core software USB stick  

- Controller box

7. In Controller box there will be controller box , Ground cable and a teach pendant cable.

8. By using hoist and plug the hook into eye socket and place the controller at the convenient place. 

9. In teach pendant and accessories box there will be important quick start guide templates , Datasheet , Mastering sheet , few extra fuses , few extra terminal , I/O connector , . Keep the mastering sheet very secured. As if you want to reconfigure your robot , You will need those values to feed into the system. 

10. Mechanical unit may be secured with the nuts , Remove the nuts and place the robot at desired location. 

11. Connect the cables with Power outlets , Teach pendant and controller .
