Answered Error: Service request of SYST-015 failed and Memo-073 is not existing

Hi folks,

I have used the RSR program and called subprogram but i am getting an error on the push start button that R30i. SYST-015 robot service request Failed, Memo-073 Program does not exist.

I think that I may have called the command but its beem is prohibited. is it possible? or may be the UOP signal is not valid, but why and how this may happen because the three box connect that i used was perfect and yet I could not to used external start?

    Hello There , 

    Can you confirm if you are running the program with PNS or RSR ( default )

    Change to PNS by following steps and see if that works ,
