I wanted to discuss the over heating of my robot, it is overheating than usual nowadays, is it something to be worried about? Is it indicating any potential failure?
Any suggestions to overcome the heating?

It could possibly be the harsh environment your robot is operating in or one of the below mentioned causes: Insufficient gear or reducer lubricant, OEM Recommended lubricant/grease not used, Excessive load. You should lubricate your robot, clean filters and and the issue does not resolve perform its Complete maintenance. And make sure you do not miss any maintenance of the robot.

You may need to clean the controller box at regular interval of time. It should be part of preventive maintenance .
Sometime dusting in the fan grill can block the airways. Thus resulting in the over heating issue. Because of it fuses may blown on the controller card. You may receive alarms related to Servo Amplifier.
I suggest you to clean the airways , Also clean heat sinks properly. Check if heat sink paste is required to be change so heat sink works properly.
Yes, Environment a big harsh where I am operating the robot in. You guys are right, I think I should focus to perform the PM properly.
