Answered White Screen Teach Pendant

Hi All , 

I am seeing only white screen on teach pendant R30iB. I have restarted the robot many times. But nothing is happening. What can be the issue. ?

Please help.

    Hi Braylen,

    You may have a damaged cable, you should Check the teach pendant cable CRS20 at the panel board. Also check the JRS15 Cable from Panel Board to Main board.

    Yes , I had a bad cable connection.
