Answered Controlled start to normal operation

Hi,

I performed a control start on my R30iA Mate controller. Now I am kind of stuck in the controlled start and unable to go back to the normal operation :/ idk what is happening I have tried powering on and off the controller it only gets started in control start mode. Please Help me here!

I will really appreciate any assistance!

    Dear Ernesto,

    Normally you always go with start cold when you turn on the main power. Since you started in the controlled start you are stuck in the controlled start. But no need to worry You can get out of this cycle by choosing cold start in the function option while the main power remains on when you do that. This way controller can now cold start. Now when it is completely started cold turn it off and again turn it ON and it will be normal cold start.

    May be you are trying to install any update or any option which would require to perform that action in controlled start only. I believe that option or setting may have changed the system variable.

    Kindly follow below change the variable to 0 

    Let me know if that is successful.

    Thanks guys, I found start->cold under the function button. It is working now. :)
