FUSE BLOWN

Hi All , 

I may have a really dumb question. I handle mechanical tasks but this is first time i need to handle electrical equipment. So my question is about fuse. I had SRVO-213 alarm and there is a blown fuse on E-stop board. I have couple of fuses in inventory department. I see there are lot of fuses mixed up in tray. I want to know which would be the correct one to use. There are 1A , 2A mentioned on top of it. What does that indicate ?  and which one to use ? Also how to check if the fuses are in tray all are okay not blown ? 

I will really appreciate your help in this matter. Just learning new stuff everyday.  !!
