Hey everyone,
I am trying to run my FANUC without requirement of holding the teach pendant's DEADMAN SWITCH and its SHIFT button. Whenever, I am putting the key in controller, it is changing its auto setting and then turning off its teach pendant and an error is shown "SYS-005" which results in fence error alarm.
Can anyone of you suggest me a solution?

Have you ever checked the connection from the safety interlocks for that of the perimeter which are guarding the robot fencing circuitry.
In case if these are not connected, that may be resulting this problem.

I think that the "SYST-005 WARN UOP" is the master device.
The main cause of this problem is "an attempt to operation that cannot be executed due to the enabling of "user operator panel".
The remedy is to "turn of the remote switch to the local if the operation is attempted from the SOP or even set the "$RMT_MASTER" systems variable in correct format.

Actually the fence open is referred to as "External Auto Stop" connection over TBOP 4 of the panel board and its pins 5 to 8 i.e. dual chain, enabling the UOPs under the system configuration from line 3 to 4 and then enabling the line 43 and 44. The local would be green start button over the operator panel for starting in autonomous mode and remote will be using the UOP input no. 6 for the starting of robot.
