OS-144 System Error

Hello , 

We recently purchased LR Mate robot . At the facility we have checked everything but after transporting to our premises , We are getting this error ? Any remedy for this ?

    Dear Fredric,

    OS-144 is an operating system error. The only method of troubleshooting is that you should Send MD backup to Fanuc. I have encountered this error and they solved it. So Take a complete MD backup: By going to the FILE MENU: Set Device as MD, Highlight *.* and copy to UD1. The problems were odd, Like forgetting to hit done on a pallet Tool Setup screen or changing a payload schedule.
