Hello Everyone ,
I have IR-Vision system installed and the camera was not working properly so i changed the camera. After installing the new camera ,I needed to touch up every settings like touching up the parts and calibration etc. on the vision system. I forgot to note down settings . So I believe there is some issue with the settings only. But from where should i starts it. There are lots of settings that needed to be checked !!

Go into settings and optimize brightness settings , This can be the main reason.
Check below settings and optimize is according to the lights in your working environment. If there is too much brightness , Parts will not be detected . or too low brightness will do the same issue.
Check below settings.
Code Threshold =
Contrast Threshold =
Area Overlap =
EA Score Threshold =
