Our one of client has huge factory premise and may be they have 100+ robots. It is hard for them to monitor and troubleshoot if any of robot has a fault. As it is costing them a big production time loss. Does fanuc have any option which can monitor all the robot from one place? Any of you have connected all the robot with one system and using any software to monitor ?

Fanuc has been working on this since long and they know that there can be issues with the lots of robots working simultaneously so they have got a really good product , its called ZDT ( zero down time )
In which all robots are connected to single sources which continuously monitor the robots working and downtime.

Wow, This was really hidden information for me. I did not know this kind of products are available in market. Very useful for our client. I will suggest this product to him. Lets see what he says..!
