I have been dealing with this warning since long time, But could not found the solution, I want to increase the severity of this warning .How to do that ?

You can go to error and table and change the severity.
Go to Menu --> Setup --> Next ---> Error Table --> Change the Option. The screen will Look like this ( Depends on type of controller )
