Hello Everyone ,
I always get a false alarm in collision detection setup. I believe i am missing some proper steps and configurations. Please guide me with few precautions to be considered during setup.

Double check your collision sensitivity setup. Try cycle power after setting it.

Payload configuration can be the issue. In Payload configuration properly enter the data.

Inertia setup is also important. You just can not ignore it. You can get your inertia value from CAD model. If it is not set correctly it may give you false alarm. Try to increase and decrease your sensitivity value point by point , Until you do not get the alarm.
