Can anyone help me with the robot crash recovery ? My welding points are running little offset ! What should i do in this situation ? Should i just retouch all of them ? I was told that it will be the same situation !

My suggestion would be to perform the mastering. but before going to the master/calibration and retouching all the points get your robot at zero position and check out the zero marking on the robots. If you find that it is correct at the zero then some other part may got bent. At last mastering will be the solution.
