Answered Back-up USB on Roboguide

Hey , i followed this method on roboguide software by inserting a USB and took all of above backup. But i do not see files on USB. What am i missing in this ?

    Hello , 

    You can copy your BACKUP files from the Work-cell Folder. 

    Go to Work-cell Folder -- > Robot Name --> Robot_1 --> MC card

    First inset USB drive into Teach Pendant and format according to the ROBOT format and then insert into Computer and copy it to the Memory Card.
