I am working with a CR 35ia that moves a bundle of pipes. Sometimes in auto mode, the robot accidentally drops pipes and gets a payload error. Is there a way to recover from it while still in auto mode ? Is there a way to detect the error and set a new payload value?

Hi Maxime,
For the robot to be colab, the DCS is programmed in a way that it requires a human action for the reset when it detects a contact stop. The result of dropping parts is the same as a contact with the robot according to the force sensor. In this case, you will have to reset the robot manually.

Hi Maxime,
Can you check if the Auto resume is activated in your DCS?
You can find this feature in Collaborative Robot menu of the DCS
