Irc5 compact i/o

Currently have 2 irc5 compacts 1 has ethernet coming out of x4 and the other coming out of fieldbus adapter both have same ip addresses. 1st robot is set up with camera and external i/o and works perfect second robot we cannot get an external i/o to connect it throws a failed to get ethernet ip alarm we have tried multiple things. Abb customer service says to change the Wan addresses and connect to the x4 on both machines into the ethernet hub and robotstudio would not register either one and our i/o that were working quit because of the addresses changing
