its a fanuc rj3 it will rotate with the manual switch on the control panel just not with the teach pendent so maybe swap out the teach pendent?

Mathieu, I currently dont have any weight on the table was trying to rotate it to put a tooling back on

replaced the motor cuz thats what a tech told me was wrong and now its still doing the same thing will rotate just fine manually with the toggle switch but wont rotate at all with the controller
