ok should i do this on the standard remote or on the CRX tablet?

I checked the cable, it seems to be all right. I tried to connect the remote control, but nothing worked for me. the power signal went off, but nothing was displayed on the screen.

I did not change the IP address. This error occurred after a small power failure. here are the network settings:
