Hi ,  You need to check the option I/O POWER FAIL RECOVER & HOT START. It should be set has RECOVER ALL & TRUE option.  GO TO MENU - NEXT - SYSTEM - CONFIG - I/O POWER FAIL RECOVER

Yes, But when i try to open it crashes. I tried disabling the antivirus suggested by one of my friend. But not working.

Double check your collision sensitivity setup. Try cycle power after setting it.
