Before that try full mastering. Make sure you have master calibration number sheet with you and image backup. Also check encoder batteries as well. You may receive BZ alarm for that.

I see ,  If you have encoder issue. You are most likely to lose the position very often even after mastering and calibration. You will need to change the encoder. I think FANUC do not provide only ...
