Superior Stop opened by the Safety Controller

Hi,

We moved our robotic cell in the factory.
It was working fine.

But now it doesn't start in Automatic...
We get the alarm:
Superior Stop opened by the Safety Controller

I checked the wiring diagram, Superior Stop is not used...

    Hi !

    Can you jog the robot in manual mode (joint)?

    Can you check the status of the SafeMove system ?

    You might need to re-synch your robot.

    Yes, I can jog the robot in manual.

    How to  re-synch the robot ?

    First, check the status.
    In: Menu /Control Pnael / Safety Controller / Synchronization 
    If Status is red, you will need to Synchronize the robot.



    Make sure you are logged in as Safety user.

    Jog the robot as close to 0deg on each axes.

    In: Menu /Control Pnael / Safety Controller / Synchronization ,
    Select Synchronize.

    The status should turn green.
    You should then be able to start your robot in Automatic.
