INTP-106 Continue request failed, MCTL-003 system is in error status

One important point is to do Calibrate after the mastering.

Yes I did earlier but it didn't work out! Now I'm not able to jog the robot

Accidentally while cycle power I did control start and after that when I did cold start, there's no fault indication even when the dead man is released and when trying to jog the error reads

Home Line T1 is paused

When you try to jog the robot, are you in Joint mode or World? If the robot is not calibrated, it will not allow you to jog in Cartesian mode. Press SHIFT + COORD and then press on Joint. After that, try to jog the robot.

If it is not moving, can you post a picture of the Alarm window so we can see what is blocking the robot?

I did that many times but it's not jogging.

I'm not able to send the error pic here as there's no option. Please check your mail

As I mentioned in my first post of this thread, after the control start the pendent is not indicating any fault indication even when the dead man is not pressed. If I press SHIFT COORD JOINT the error says HOME LINE T1 PAUSED JOINT.

You can post a picture by pasting it in the text zone. You mention the error HOME LINE T1 PAUSED JOINT. I want to see the error code so I can find it in the manuals. Also, do you know the version of the robot controller? It should be written on the nameplate of the controller door.

There are no. of errors I face
INTP 106 Home 1 Continue request failed
MCTL 003 System is in error status
INTP 252 User frame number mismatch

Hi,

It seems that you are trying ti reach a point that the User frame don't match the one you actually are on the robot.

Are you trying to jog the robot manually or you are trying to reach a point?

To match the frame config, put your cursor on the point and press F5 (position)

The Frame is the UF parameter on the top left. Hold SHIFT and press CORD and enter the value of UF in USER

Now try to reach the point with the robot.

Sorry I couldn't get back to you, but I think I replied you on mail.

I tried your suggestions but it didn't work out. I will tell you what had happened so far. Please guide me further. 

After replacing the batteries, the robot lost mastering. I had reset the pulse coder alarm with help from online. I was then able to jog the robot but the program wasn't running in Auto mode. So while in the process of mastering I accidentally cycle powered in control start. After that I am not able to jog the robot. One thing to note is that after the controlled start The pendent doesn't indicate any fault even when the dead man is not pressed. 

I am attaching backup file link here if you could plz look into it and guide me ahead. I am completely new to all of this and your help would really save me my job.
