Fanuc Robot Ref. Pos. for Quick Mastering Not Set

I have this error on my M10iD/12 robot. I can clear this error for a week but it keeps happening:

Ref. Pos. for Quick Mastering Not Set.

How can I solve this error?

    Hi Rodrigue,

     

    Bring the robot at Zero position mark on all axis and do a SET QUICK MASTER REF. To perform that, go to MENU - NEXT - SYSTEM - 3 Master/Cal

    Inside the Master/Cal menu, place the cursor on 6 SET QUICK MASTER REF and press Enter
