Why do i keep seeing this? Is it something to do with the rotation of my tooling during operation? How to adjust this variable or is there another issue?

Hi Daniel,
It's because the point you try to reach is very close to the axis 5 limit. Can you go on the point and show us the joint value?

Unfortunately I have not been able to narrow down which position it actually is. The robot picks and palletizes varying size boxes. Im assuming on a certain product, the way the pattern is designed on certain pick is causing it. I will need to sit and observe to see which product and pick this is happening on.
