Fanuc R30iB mini plus controller - fence open alarm when I open CNC door to load machine

Hello all, I am having a problem on the above controller. We have a fanuc Cobot and we want to load a part into our CNC machine. Only, because the door is hardwired to the EAS1 and EAS2 circuit, we get an alarm to say “fence open” in auto mode everytime it opens in program which of course stops the robot. I can’t find anywhere else to put this circuit onto the controller or even prevent it causing an alarm. Can anyone advise getting around this problem?

    Hi,

    have you wired the 24V with the EAS1 and the 0V with the EAS2?
