SRVO-007 External emergency stop

Hello!. We have been working on a in-house project where we are trying to wire an external emergency stop and a interlock (fence) through safety relays. But currently we can not manage to get rid of this SRVO-007 fault. the robot is a LR MATE 200iD 7l controller 30iB mate plus. Here is our wiring diagram showing the three safety relays and the E-stop board. if it helps the safety relay is a PSR-MC40-3NO-1DO-24DC-SP - Safety relays.

I would appreciate any guidance and advice.

    Hi,

    The ESTOP and FENCE of a robot need to be closed with dry contacts. In this case, you need to have a dry contact that connects EESB1 to EES11, and another dry contact that connects EES2 to EES21.

    Something like that:

     

    Same thing for the fence:

     

    Those dry contacts needs to come from 2 monitoring safety relays
