Answered Fanuc LrMate200iC, MOTN-018 Position not reachable

Hi Everyone, the Robot is "At Perch Position" and it's impossible to move to the next point.
Automatically MOTN-018 Position not reachable Alarm Pop ON.

    Hi Madison,

    The point you are trying to reach is in Linear or Joint move? Also, do you have a singularity avoidance on your robot?

    In Teach Mode, it's impossible to move Fanuc Robot in WORLD/TOOL/FRAME/JGFRM mode. J4 and J5 is not in Singularity. See Robot position picture.

    Madison, if you look a the Z position, the value seems very high for a LR MATE 200iC. So except if your tool 1 has a value close to 1000, you robot may need to be remastered.
