Answered Fanuc Error SRVO-157

Ho my god, it's another bad day for me. Help! :-(

After Robotic Maintencance, this alarm appears when I press the blue push button.

    Hi There!

    As per manual SRVO-157 CHGAL alarm occurs when the capacitor for the condenser voltage of the servo amplifier was not charged within the specified time when the servo power is on.

    1. (Action 1) Replace the E-stop unit.
    2. (Action 2) Replace the servo amplifier.
    3. (Action 3) Replace the auxiliary amplifier for system of the auxiliary axis.

    Hello Rejean, I make a test with new Fanuc Robot R30iB Plus Controller and I have a same error when QF2 Breaker is tripped. This QF2 Breaker is behind Estop Board. 

    Watch your Breaker....  Good Luck Rejean.
