Answered FANUC Arcmate 100i ARC-008

Hey!

I am working with a FANUC Arcmate 100i, RJ3ib controller with a Kemppi ProMig-4000 welder in my workshop.
Everything is working fine on dry-run but when i changeit to AUTO it stops at the Arc Start command line and displays ARC-008 Power Supply fault. My friends and I checked everything and its woorking fine on manual mode.. there's some problem while in AUTO mode. Can any one of you HELP?

    Hello Ezequielo , 

    Greetings for the day. 

    As per your description of the problem , seems it happens during the welding procedure. I believe there is issue with the weld controller. Do you see any error on Kemppi Promig panel .

    Thanks Losev!

    I disabled the Power Supply Failure Detection and it's working fine.

    But I don't fully understand that issue as the detection should be enable all the time...
