Do i need to change any system variables to change jog frame in case of hanging the robot upside down? Does the orientation of world frame changes with that?

Hi there!
Nice to answer your question here. It is confirmed that the orientation of world frame remains the same, it is not affected by the robot mounting. for example a Robot mounted upside down mounted it will jog down towards the floor when jogging in +Z world.

Hi Bailey, the best practise it's boot the Robot in "Controlled Mode" and select "Maintenance" and Press "Manual". Answer a each step. See Picture.

You should take into consideration that some type of Fanuc robots don't support every mounting angles. These mounting angles may void the warranty and cause motion issues.
You can check this information on the robot's datasheet.
