Problems faced in RoboGuide

Hi,

I have been using roboguide for quite a while now but facing some problems now. I have been studying material over internet and learned a lot.. Now the problem that I am facing is that i have positioned grip of my robot. By the time when i have positioned one of parts inside the grip on to the fixture also known as conveyor, then I am able to position the UTool wherever i want. I have checked almost all positions inside the envelope and now when i am moving grip to the part the following error is shown:

"MOTN018: Position no reachable"

I tried to attach snapshot but couldn't get it attached don't know why. I am not able to understand that when I want to position the UTOOL, it is positioned there, far from the box. I tried to do this simple cell several times but I can't due to this error.

Could I upload the file to discover where is the mistake?

    hi Franki

    Before i suggest you with any solution, i would like to know that are you able to jog with your robot? The problem may lies in tool orientation and the robot might want to grip the part you are trying from the bottom.

    Try and let me know if still need any help.

    Hi juan, thank you for your precious response but I am glad that I have found the solution myself. Actually it failed because of the grip and when I changed the grip, all problems automatically got resolved. There was not interference problem. By the way thank you so much for your help but I am so happy to do it myself.
