Password lock reset method

Good day. 

You can perform following steps. 

1. If it is a DCS password. The DCS default master code is 1111.

2. If you have " passclr.sv " file you can disable password at initial level. 

Kindly follow below steps. 

-  CONTROLLED START WITH I PENDANT.

-  TURN OFF ROBOT , START AND PRESS PREV AND NEXT BUTTON AT SAME MOMENT.

-  YOU MAY SEE , MESSAGE " STARTED WITH CONTROLLED START "

STEP 1:-

STEP 4:- 

STEP 5:- 

STEP 6:- 

- TAKE BACK UP IN MEMORY CARD.

- OPEN MEMORY CARD IN PC 

- LOCATE FILE " syspass.sv "

- OPEN FILE WITH EXCEL.  YOU WILL SEE THE PASSWORD.

VICE VERSA YOU CAN REPLACE THE EXISTING PASSWORD FILE  (YOU WILL NEED CORE SOFTWARE INSTALLATION MEDIA CARD)

I would suggest the following method which is simplest of all.

First of all make a backup of the robot's data and transfer it to a USB drive. Connect the USB drive to computer and then open SYSPASS.SV file with notepad. In that jiberish that you see, you should be able to make out the password. It will be plain text and/or numbers.
