Good day to you all..!
I want to know if it is advisable to replace the servo motor on J2 by self on my fanuc robot or i should just contact Fanuc .!!
If the steps are easy as well as if i have all the necessary tools and crane to handle the parts i can change it by my self.
Do anyone have any experience with it or any steps i can follow to avoid any mistakes.

It is strongly advisable to take a professional help. It is easy to disassemble the robot. But when assembly is performed, there are many small points which are necessary to take into account. As small deviation in any process will again lead to disassembly and it will be waste of time. Though it will be a good learning lesson.
I strongly agree with you. I will not risk it.
