You are getting this alarm probably because you haven't set your axis limits properly. This is an OVC alarm, you need to check your axis limit/Set axis limits.

This alarm is really important. As it protects the servo motor and servo amplifier from the overload condition. A condition in which it will be damaged due to thermal destruction.

You must need to remove this alarm without ignoring it. The main reason is related to electrical issue. There can be a overload situation, brake settings or brake failure, Amplifier failure, Servo motor failure, brake cable damaged or not properly connected, low voltage power supply due to this it will generate lesser torque and alarm will be raised. So check all these settings. Mostly it will be due to low voltage input. !!
