Answered Robotic arm suggestions

Hi Guys,

We are in need of a robotic arm (to be utilized in textile industry) which can mount socks on Boarding forms picture attached. Please suggest Robotic arms. Company is in dire need to cut down man powers costs so they want workforce to be replaced with a robot.

suggestion are welcomed if you have similar experience.

    You can use fanuc collaborative robot cell with parallel type gripper

    Hello Sarwat!

    I agree with Dimitry, a cobot is great choise for this type of application.

    Check this video, a Universal Kr5 cobot is used with vacuum cups to handle textile like parts:

    Almost every robot manufacturers have their own cobot series.

    I have good experience with TechMan robot. It's not a big manufacturer but in my opinion their cobots are rigider compare to Universal robots and it has a build in camera which is a big plus.
