Answered Roboguide v8.2 Error

Hi friends

I am trying to create a cell in Roboguide but this is the error i am getting: "The file backup requires ROBOGUIDE does not support RJ3iB Mate. You cannot create virtual robot from M6.30 backup file."

Can someone explain this to me?

    Dear Ernesto!

    You need to have that controller version installed. It is revision specific. I don't remember how far back Roboguide supports controllers but it is a possibility that your controller version is not installed in Roboguide.

    I agree with iqra, plus you might need a latest version of roboguide 9.10

    Hello Friend , 

    You need to have same version on controller and on roboguide software.

    Kindly follow below step to know which controller version is installed on Teach Pendant.

    Accordingly choose choose your roboguide software version during the installation.   As i have installed all version .
