I am facing this low current alarm in my welding robot, resulting in poor weld quality.. I have lost its manual can anyone guide me how to get rid of it?

Dear friend!
Spot-064 indicates that your welding point is not okay. Tell me if it is coming on every spot point?

This happens quite randomly sometimes on the very first weld applied and sometimes in the middle of welds.

It can be because of the material that can cause higher resistance in the circuit which will result in poor weld quality because of low currents.
