Fanuc Timers

Hi,

Can someone tell me about fanuc system timers, some of them are easy to understand but not all i want to know exactly what each timer indicates like servo timer, Waiting Timer etc?

    Hello Iqra,

    • Power On Time: This item indicates the time during which the power to the controller is on.

    • Servo On Time: This item indicates the time during which the system is ready for operation (servo on) after the release of an alarm. The robot can be running in auto or you could be moving the robot manually, as soon as the dead man is pulled in and the fault is reset, this starts to increment. Robot does not need to be moving.
    • Running Time: This item indicates the program execution time. This runs when the program is running, basically when the run/busy light is on, it starts to increment. 
    • Waiting Time: This item indicates the time required to execute a WAIT instruction during the program. When the “Wait software flag” is enabled, the item increments.
