Answered Maintenance Tools for FANUC ROBOT R30iB

Hi Everyone,

I am currently working on fanuc robot and I have some concerns about the maintenance tools to use while performing maintenance or routine checks of the robot. Can somebody tell me the recommended maintenance tools for FANUC Robot R30iB?

    Dear Ernesto,

    You will be required following Tools for maintenance or daily routine checks of FANUC Robot R30iB

    • Measuring instruments
    • AC/DC voltmeter (A digital voltmeter is sometimes required.)
    • Oscilloscope with a frequency range of 5 MHz or higher
    • Phillips screwdrivers: Large, medium, and small Standard screwdrivers.
    • Large, medium, and small Nut driver set (Metric)
    • Pliers Needle-nose pliers Diagonal cutting pliers

    Thanks sarwat for the tool list. We were missing some of them in workshop.
