help me solving FANUC mystery?

Hello guys,

I am having my FANUC robot model: S430iWI which is removing the group numbers on its own in certain time e.g. 4 to 6 months. I am having different CALLS for various programs and if there are various parts being present through I/O when the robot is welding much of the program and then it is loosing the group number and its details are mentioned making the robot to have a fault under PRIO group which is not specified. I then delete the entire program which group number is lost and then reload the backup through memory card getting it to run once again.

For me this problem is not a big deal but it becomes a big deal when my colleagues are using the robot. Anyone of you ever observed such behavior?

    Hey Laurance, 

    Is there any possibility of a macro or program which is using the motion group which is not there? Once I got the error when I tried to copy a program from the robot having an extra axis to the one which robot didn't consist of. Therefore, i think there might be motion with a wrong group number.
