Answered Starting issue of init

I am working on the FANUC ARCMATE 120/10L having R30i controller. I am having numerous of KAREL programs running on it over the years. But, recently i have got an error saying init start failure. I am afraid that i may lose other data because of this error. Please suggest solution

    Hy laurance, actually i was afraid of the init start error so yes i made backup and none of the mastering or other is lost. I have loaded the file and is working well, nothing seems to have lost

    Glad to know that you backup. I think you are not having an options as you are losing performing tasks when doing it with init start. It usually happens when using older RJ controllers. If there is any possibility then make an image of the controller before and after and then include all data of the controller as well. By this you will be able to avoid the problem of init start failure.
