Dear toby,

This alarm causes by either encoder cable is broken or bcakup battery has been doischarged.  you can check for correct encoder cables (repair or replace it) or replace the batteries (if they need to be replaced).

I Found this in the knowledge base link also attached: 

SRVO-062 BZAL alarm (G :x A :x) or SRVO-084 BZAL alarm

Encoder batteries have low voltage or the encoder cable is disconnected.
