Hey folks,

We are working on a LR-mate R30iB Mate controller. It just becomes unresponsive and the TP won't respond to any interaction, even the communication is not possible between the robot and the PLC (modbus TCP). On checking the dump registers file it reads "Core crashed".. Anyone can help me out here? I cannot figure it out
