I do not have alarm manual to check the remedy procedure. 

I need help to resolve this alarm.

    Hi Toby  

    This Alarm is associated with the DCS. SRVO-348 DCS MCC OFF ALARM

    EXPLANATION: A command was issued to turn OFF the magnetic contactor, but the Magnetic C was not Turned OFF

    • Action a: if a signal is connected to the Estop unit CRMA74, check whether there is a problem in the connection designation
    • Action b: check whether the Fuse4 on emergency stop board. If the fuse is blown Change it.
    • Action c: Replace the Estop unit.
    • Action d: replace the 6 Axis Servo amplifier.

    Thank you . Problem was related to E-stop Unit
