I am currently working on Fanuc M-710iC 20L. I have got a problem in increasing bead size, The only thing i could think off is to do it by increasing wire speed. But it is causing overheating and affecting the volts and current draw, both are increasing automatically. What is the proper way to increase it?

For increasing bead you can increase the weld speed inches per Minute. If it is happening on a couple of spots, Copper or brass inserts can be put under the welds in your Jig.
You need to change the mode on your welding machine and it will allow you to change the voltage. There are basically three modes. You can choose CV mode to define voltage.
