Calibration issues with FANUC Tool Center point

Hello, I am working on a project that I am needing to calibrate the TCP for this FANUC robot. Actually, this is an LR Mate 200iC having a controller R30iA and teach pendant. I am having a worksheet for the purpose but i am missing some details. 

Does any of you have an idea showing the proper calibration of tool center using the teach pendant? Any help at all would be really, really appreciated.
